＜記事を全掲載＞ I was listening to a Korean lesson this morning, and I found out that the word for "play" is similar in Korean and Japanese.
It can be used for both children and adults.
In English, we only use "play" for children.
It's strange even for a teenager to say, "I'm going to play with my friends tomorrow."
I imagine the girls playing with dolls or the boys playing "war" with toy guns.
They should say, "I'm going to hang out with my friends."
